Age 66, of Mendota Heights passed away peacefully in her home on December 2, 2017. She is survived by her husband and best friend of 50 years, Frank; daughters, Mary (Stefano) and Anna; sons, John (Robyn) and Joe; grandchildren, Francesco Perugini and Jillian Dutke; sisters, Mary (Dale) Smith, Kathy Fisher, and Jake (Scott) Koppinger; brother, Terry (Audrey) Morey; mother-in-law, Winifred Dutke; sister-in-law Bernie Dutke; and many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Susan and Lester Morey, father-in-law, Herman Dutke, sister, Suzanne Gufstason; brothers-in-law, Pat Fisher, Jim Koppinger & Alvin Roberts, and sister-in-law, Cathy Roberts. Beloved for her caring and giving spirit, Pat was always present to listen and advise. She had a fierce and unconditional love for her family and her passion was her role as a mother and grandmother. Pat found much humor in family life and shared it in her renowned annual Christmas letter that elicited laughs and smiles in all who were lucky enough to receive it. Her legacy is the happy, loving home she created for her husband and children, and the values she instilled in them. Pat was bold, wise, generous, and lived life on her terms. She was truly the anchor of her family and her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her. Visitation 5-8 pm Friday at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Avenue, St Paul. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday Dec 9th at The Church of the Assumption 51 West 7th Street, St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Catholic Charities’ Dorothy Day Center in Pat’s name.
