Julia M. Toner February 15, 1958 - October 19, 2021

Julia M. Toner, died peacefully from Glioblastoma, surrounded by her sisters, on October 19. Julie was preceded in death by her parents, William and Kathryn, brothers Jim, Bernie and Pat, and sister Katheryn Mary. She is survived by her sisters Sheila (Don) Exner, Kathy (Ron) McBroom, Maureen (Tim) Singleton, and Peg (Harry) Riehm, sisters-in-law Susan Toner (Jim), Linda (Bob) Toner/Kapusnik (Bernie) and Suzie Toner (Pat).  She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Julie was an amazing sister, a beloved aunt, and had an extensive network of international friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Monday at the Church of St. Cecilia, 2357 Bayless Place, St. Paul. Visitation 4-7PM Sunday at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, 651-228-1006 and at church 1 hour before the Mass. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Cecelia’s Catholic Church or Our Lady of Peace Hospice both in St. Paul.

    We send our deepest sympathy to the family of Julia Toner. I didn’t know Julia but is friends with her niece, Molly. She always spoke of her Aunt with love and kindness.

    Julie was an excellent combination of humor, love, kindness, wisdom, and intelligence. There are so many good memories of her. It is a privilege to know her.
