Bill will be missed at the annual 1/5 reunion. I got to know Bill through this brotherhood of vets. His humor was enjoyable. And I really enjoyed Maryanne and our trips to the one armed bandits. So much fun and laughter. Also while writing the book about these guys I almost felt like I fought the same battle but without the bullets coming at me. What a group of guys. A final salute to you Bill. Sorry that I could not be there. Ric wanted to go but we have grandkids now living with us, plus daughter in law had surgery on Tuesday, and grandkids other grandma had a very bad wreck on Tuesday. Not a good week. My prayers to the family.
