This is so sad to hear. I never met Tom in person as I work from home and have only spoken to him via phone a handful of times. He was always kind, understanding and non-“judgy” when it came to helping with a IT issue. He was a joy to speak with! My deepest condolences to his friends and family.

I worked with Tom for 7 years at Sportsman’s Guide. He was the go to guy for all my computer fixes. He was great at helping with any issues that arose while I was in training. There really are no words to express the sadness this brings to all. Tom will be missed everyday!

I knew Tom from Sportsman’s Guide. He helped me with my computer issues numerous times. He even helped me remotely during these COVID times! He was always friendly and kind. I enjoyed chatting with him while he was fixing my computer. Thanks, Tom.

I worked with Tom since he started at Sportsman’s Guide. Wow was this a shock…so sad. I always enjoyed a few jokes and laughs with Tom as he worked to resolve whatever problem I was having. There was never a computer problem that Tom couldn’t fix. Truly one of the calmest, nicest, kindest people that I know. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten Tom. My condolences to the family.

I knew Tom from Sportsman’s Guide. He always came to the rescue whenever I was having issues with my computer or network. And yes, he was able to solve the problem every time! He was always so kind and helpful and would go out of his way to get things up and running. He will be missed. Please know that I am sending prayers.

I had the privilege of working with Tom for 3 1/2 years at Sportsman’s Guide. He always fixed whatever issue I had with my computer – mainly self-inflicted. He would do so with a kind smile and a little joke about talking to me soon – knowing I would be calling on him again. He made it a point to learn everyone’s names and remember them. He walked through the halls with the same smile planted on his face no matter what was going on. He always was infectious with his kindness. Even though we haven’t seen each other in a year because of working from home I could tell he was still smiling on the other end of the phone whenever he would remotely help me. His smile, personality and eagerness to make something right will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I worked with Tom at Sportsman’s Guide. One day I overheard a couple of people talking about him. They were saying how nice he was and that they enjoyed working with him when they needed technical support. Later when I saw Tom I said, “I heard some people talking about you behind your back; they were saying what a nice person you are.”
