Obituary of Marietta Stoeppel

Born in Kalida, Ohio 5/5/24, passed away in St. Paul 7/12/14. Preceded in death by parents Josephine and Florian Stoepfel; brothers John, Joseph, Lawrence, Gregory; sisters Clara, Matilda, Laura, and two who died in infancy. Survived by sisters Agnes and Cleora, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends Lucille Mickelson and the H.C. Ghimenti family. Retired after 42 years as Vice President of HR and Public Relations at Group Health (now HealthPartners). Was an active member of Administrative Management, St. Paul Association of Insurance Women & WAMSO. Served on Board of Minnesota Association of Cooperatives after her retirement in 1988. Was a volunteer and active member of Holy Spirit Church, Christian Women and Highland Leisure Age Group. Memorials preferred to Holy Spirit Church or charity of your choice. Visitation Thursday, July 17, at 3PM followed by a memorial service at 4PM, Willwerscheid Funeral and Cremation, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial & interment in Kalida, Ohio.
