Obituary of Kristin Anne Sobaski
Our beloved daughter, sister and aunt, Kristin Anne Sobaski, of Saint Paul, MN, passed away unexpectedly on June 29th, 2022. She was born in St. Paul, MN and graduated from Park High School in Cottage Grove, MN. Kristin went on to receive her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Kristin was a loving and caring person who was fun to be around. In her early days she was a competitive figure skater, runner and soccer player. Her competitive spirit progressed into becoming an accomplished and highly creative designer and project manager. She was a loving aunt who was a huge fan and attendee at the numerous events of her nephews and nieces. Kristin had an incredible and witty sense of humor that was endeared by all. She loved being silly and sarcastic with her sisters and taking walks around her cherished Mac-Groveland neighborhood. Kristin especially loved retreating to her sanctuary, the family cabin, in northern Wisconsin where she could relax, play, enjoy family and share her favorite cuisines.
Kristin is survived by her parents, William and Gail Sobaski, sisters Theresa Reineke (Jeff), and Tamara Sobaski Bezdicek (Jason), nephews and nieces Jacob and Andy Reineke, Marcella, Callan, and Wesley Bezdicek and her wonderful feline companion, Freddy. She is also survived by her Grandmother Joanne Sobaski, aunt and uncles Terry Pflanz, Robert Sobaski (Teri), David Sobaski (Karla) and many loved cousins. She is preceded in death by her Grandmother Marcella Ceravsky, uncles David Pflanz and Thomas Sobaski, and grandfather William Sobaski. Kristin will be forever deeply missed by her family and friends.
A service and celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 24, 2022, visitation at 2:00 pm followed by a service at 3:30 pm. at the Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave, St. Paul, MN.
