Obituary of Gerald H. Strom

Gerald H. Strom, born June 29, 1926, and passed away April 5, 2022, surrounded by family. Preceded in death by beloved wife Colleen and son, Tom. Survived by children: Charles (Donna), Cecilia Roberts (Cliff), Anne Garney (Tim), Ed (Berit), Patty Miranda (Ozzy), 17 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Graduated Class of '44 Johnson High School and served in the US Navy for 2 years during WWII. Jerry worked at the US Post Office for 38 years, both Highland Park and Midway. He loved fishing at the lake, the MN Twins, baking bread with his grandkids, playing golf, and Bridge. Visitation will be 4-6 pm on April 24, with a short service at 6 PM followed by a reception at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul.
