Obituary of Elton Oppegard

Elton “Bob” Oppegard Died March 10, 2022 from complications of dementia at age 84. Preceded in death by daughter Cindy, parents Alfred and Annette, and brothers Allen and Galen. Survived by wife Ann (nee Haider); children, Lynn Voyda, Steve (Michelle), Greg, Jeff (Cheryl), Paula; brother Jim; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. "Bob" enjoyed 30+ years and 100,000 of thousands of accident-free miles of moving goods and services across Americas highways as a professional "BIG RIG" operator. When "Bob" wasn't advancing commerce across the United States he enjoyed his Northern Wisconsin cabin, time at Pappy's, hunting, fishing and "kids" (once in while)! Gathering of family and friends 4-8PM Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Willwerscheid West-Heights Chapel, 235 W. Wentworth Ave., West St. Paul. Memorial Service will begin at 6PM.
