Obituary of Claribelle “Clare” R. Hebert

Age 87 of West St. Paul Died on April 26, 2016 Clare was born in Aurora, KS on Sept. 14, 1928 to Meddie and Blanche (Dandurand) Hebert, the seventh of nine brothers and sisters. She moved to Charles City, IA with her family and graduated from Immaculate Conception High School. She trained as a Medical Radiology Technologist and enjoyed a long career with St. Paul Radiology. Clare is survived by her brother Jim of Marion, IA; sisters-in-law Ellie (Jim) of Marion, IA, Cleo and Mary Ann of Charles City, IA and Gloria of Long Prairie, MN; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Armand, Maxine, Eddie, Bernie, Duane, Fred, Marvin; and nephew Daniel. She is fondly remembered by her family and friends as a loving, kind, generous woman. She loved and treasured her 30 nieces and nephews. She freely gave us her love, support, treats, adventures, a shoulder to cry on and occasionally a stern word when needed. We will miss her but treasure the memories and the lessons. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 2nd, 11:00 AM at The Church of St. Joseph in West St. Paul. Friends may gather at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Charles City, IA at a later date.
