Obituary of Gloria Ann DeLisi Minea)

Age 92 Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; son, Daniel and grandsons, Christopher Hannigan and Thanen Yates. Survived by children, Deborah (Jim) Hannigan, Christine (Ed) Perz, Scott (Leija) DeLisi, Andrew (Ida) DeLisi, and Martha (David) Bogie; daughter-in-law, Jill DeLisi; her 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Dick Crow of Colorado. Gloria loved needlework, history, music, and reading, and engaged passionately in life. Her love, strength, grace, and indomitable will shaped and empowered the lives of three generations. A celebration of Gloria’s life will take place Saturday, January 16 at the Little Sisters of the Poor, 330 Exchange St. S., St. Paul, MN. Visitation at 9 AM to be followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 and then burial at Resurrection Cemetery. The family extends its heartfelt thanks to the wonderful sisters and staff at the Little Sisters of the Poor who enriched Gloria’s final years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
