Obituary of Shirley Silva

Loving Mom, Grandma, Sister and Aunt Age 79, of St. Paul, passed away surrounded by family on September 30, 2015. Retired from the State of Minnesota. Preceded in death by parents Fred Burg and Esther Finn, and sister Lois Tousignant and grandchildren Michael Fasnacht, Nathaniel Owen and Gracie Scuilli. Survived by 8 children Victoria Lindgren (Stephen), Teresa Rongitsch (Thomas), Michael Silva, Jr (Maxine), Steven Silva, Cathy Siva, Laura Silva, Melinda Scuilli (Sam), and Mel Owen (Andrea); 28 grandchildren; 36 great- grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother Fred "Butch" Burg; and other relatives and friends. A gathering of family and friends is from 9-11am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am on Monday October 5th at Willwerscheid Natural Burial and Cremation, 235 Wentworth Ave. W., West St. Paul, 651-457-7938. The family sends a special thank you to Lori Aguilar and the staff at Woodlyn Heights for caring for Mom. She loved her family and friends and will be dearly missed.
