Obituary of Jim E. Mandel

Age 59 of West St. Paul, died peacefully surrounded by family on November 5, 2014. Carpenter by trade and an employee of the Union Pacific Railroad. Preceded in death by his father-in-law Roger Neidermire. Survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Phyllis; children Michael (Sara) and Laura; parents Jerome and Joan; siblings Jodell Vidas, Jerry (LuAnne), Mary (Chris) Walker, Mark (Keely), Greg (Andrea), and Christopher (Jennifer); and many loving nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Monday, Nov. 10 at the Church of St. Joseph, 1154 Seminole Ave., West St. Paul. Visitation 2-6PM Sunday at Willwerscheid Natural Burial and Cremation, 235 W. Wentworth Ave., West St. Paul and also one hour prior to mass at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
