Obituary of Donald Stanley Prins

Donald Stanley Prins died Labor Day morning, around 4:40am. He died peacefully in his sleep.

Donald struggled with a number of chronic health issues: COPD, congestive heart failure and was recently diagnosed with dementia the winter of 2023.

I was glad that we got to go to Berlin in 2016. He's pictured here wearing German tri-color suspenders that I found at a little kiosk in downtown Berlin.

After serving in the military: first the Army then the Air Force he got his degrees in Education. He was middle school/high school teacher and then administrator and principal.

His is survived by myself, Ray Grant, his partner, Dick Lyons, meta, a sister-in-law and 4 nieces and nephews, and cousins across the US.
