



Obituary of Marjorie Loretta Tschida
Marjorie (Nana) Tschida
Age 93, of Little Canada, MN Passed away September 12, 2023, surrounded by loving family. Marjorie graduated from St. Vincent grade school and St. Joseph’s Academy. She was married for 40 years and preceded in death by her husband, Theodore (Ted) Tschida, daughter Connie Tschida and brother Richard Simmons.
Marj is survived by children Nancy (Rick) Johnson, Dave (Sue) Tschida, Jean (Denny) Christensen, Jan (Mark) O’Neill, and Virginia (Mike) Delmont. 19 grandchildren; Nicholas Johnson (Stephanie), Missy Johnson (Shaun), Cassie Johnson (Adam), Matthew Tschida (Lindsay), Ted Tschida, Darcey Tschida, Brad Christensen (Nicole), Becky Hampton (Justin), Donald Christensen (Katie), Allen Christensen (Madeline), Rachel Christensen (Kohl), Brenda Fischbach (Mark), Mark O’Neill (Britney), Kevin O’Neill (Melissa), Molly Brant (Nate), Dominic Delmont, Brianna Delmont, Gino Delmont (Emily), Michaela Delmont.17 great-grandchildren; Aiden and Grant Johnson, Brighten Zander, Charley, Riia, and Foster Tschida, Max and Bella Hampton, Arthur Christensen, Leon Christensen, Hailey and Luke Fischbach, Mark, Emma, and Keira O’Neill, Callie and Harper O’Neill. 5 bonus great grandchildren; Taisen Olson, Caleb, Logan and Allison Larson, Natalie Rella. Also survived by sister-in-law Bonita Simmons, many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Marj worked 20 plus years for the Avon Company and was the proud owner of Tschida Printing. She was a member/volunteer at the VA Distribution, North End Improvement Club, American Legion, VFW, St. Bernard’s Funeral Guild, St. John’s Befriender, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts. She was a long-time parishioner of St. Bernard’s and most recently St. John’s. Her strong faith and family values were passed onto her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Marj’s family would like to thank the friends and staff at Suite Living in Little Canada for all their kindness and care.
She will be greatly missed by all but will be with us in spirit.
Mass of Christian Burial Friday, September 22, 11:00 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist of Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Rd E. Visitation will be Thursday, September 21, 4:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave, St Paul and one hour prior at the church. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
